Job Description

We are looking for an AI-Powered Lead Generation Executive to identify, research, and build qualified business leads using AI tools, online research platforms, business directories, search engines, LinkedIn, and other digital sources.

The role includes finding relevant companies and decision-makers, collecting and verifying business information, identifying potential opportunities, organizing lead data, and using AI-assisted research to improve lead quality and speed.

The focus is on creating accurate, relevant, and usable lead lists for the sales and business development team.

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates with previous experience in lead generation, lead research, data research, prospect research, B2B databases, LinkedIn research, or AI-assisted research will be preferred.

Practical research ability and data accuracy are more important than a specific previous job title.

Who Can Apply

- Ability to find company names, websites, decision-makers, contact details, and other useful business information

- Ability to use AI tools for research, filtering, data enrichment, and lead qualification
- Strong attention to accuracy and duplicate removal
- Ability to organize lead data properly in spreadsheets or CRM systems
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and why lead quality matters
- Ability to follow defined lead criteria and produce consistent research output
