Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and generating business opportunities through calls.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain products/services and answer customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer information.
- Generate and qualify leads through calling.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Confident and comfortable speaking on calls.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
