We are looking for an experienced and responsible Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and smooth functioning of hospital facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the maintenance team.
- Ensure proper maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and other facility systems.
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues and breakdowns.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and service schedules.
- Monitor compliance with safety standards and hospital policies.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding maintenance requirements.
- Manage maintenance-related expenses and inventory.




- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of essential hospital facilities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in hospital/facility maintenance is preferred.
- Positive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards and facility management.
- *Ability to manage a team and coordinate with vendors.

Experience: 3–5 years in maintenance/facility management, preferably in a hospital.
