Job Title: Telemarketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company projects/offers.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project details.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the Sales Team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer details in CRM/HRM systems.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain proper call records and submit regular reports to the reporting manager.

Skills Required:

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tamil and basic English communication.
- Customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
