We are looking for a result-driven Business Development professional (or Consultant) to lead brand partnership efforts for our Influencer Marketing division. You will leverage your existing brand networks to drive business, acquire new clients, and secure influencer campaign mandates across key lifestyle sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead outreach and end-to-end sales pipelines to onboard new brands for influencer marketing campaigns.
- Pitch tailored influencer strategies, campaign concepts, and creator partnerships to prospective clients.
- Leverage existing networks in FMCG, Beauty, Fashion, and Lifestyle to create revenue-generating opportunities.
- Drive commercial negotiations, client onboarding, and contract closures.
- Collaborate with internal influencer strategists and campaign managers to design compelling client solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to pitch innovative campaign solutions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 7–8 years of strong Business Development / Brand Partnership experience in Influencer Marketing or Digital Agencies.
- Robust network of decision-makers across FMCG, Beauty, Fashion, and Lifestyle brands.
- Demonstrated track record of revenue generation and client acquisition.
- Exceptional pitching, negotiation, and strategic communication skills.
- Target-driven, commercially sharp, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
