Senior Manager – Planning & Monitoring (HO)

Role overview

Juniper Hotels is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Planning & Monitoring to independently lead project planning and coordination for large-scale hospitality projects. The role will oversee integrated schedules, assess delays and project risks, and coordinate mitigation actions to support delivery against approved scope, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.

Candidates with experience in real estate, hospitality, hotel development, or a related project environment are preferred.

Key responsibilities

- Individually lead project planning and monitoring for large-scale hospitality projects across the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, master schedules, milestone trackers, and progress dashboards.
- Conduct delay analysis to identify schedule slippages, critical-path impacts, root causes, and recovery requirements.
- Perform project risk analysis, maintain risk registers, and assess schedule, cost, scope, and delivery risks.
- Develop and coordinate mitigation plans with project teams and stakeholders; track actions through to resolution.
- Coordinate activities across internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Track progress against approved schedules, budgets, scope, and deliverables, escalating emerging issues and decisions as needed.
- Facilitate project review meetings and ensure decisions, actions, and follow-ups are documented and completed.
- Work closely with design, construction, procurement, finance, operations, and business teams to resolve coordination issues.
- Prepare management reports, project updates, delay and risk assessments, and escalation notes for leadership.
- Support resource planning and coordination across multiple projects.
- Monitor change requests and assess their impact on schedule, cost, scope, and resources.




- Establish consistent project planning, reporting, risk management, and coordination processes across the projects team.
- Maintain accurate project records, approvals, trackers, and documentation.
- Coordinate project handover activities with hotel operations and other relevant teams.

Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management is mandatory.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in project planning, monitoring, coordination, or project controls.
- Experience individually leading planning and monitoring for large-scale projects.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, hotel development, or large-scale construction projects preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and project workstreams.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, delay analysis, risk assessment, mitigation planning, and management reporting.
- Proficiency with project planning and reporting tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and advanced Excel.
- Experience with project management or collaboration platforms is an advantage.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
