Role

MAKLAV INSURANCE BROKERS PVT. LTD. is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager – Motor Insurance to drive business growth across Kolkata and West Bengal through recent client acquisition, channel development, team leadership and achievement of regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Motor Insurance sales, revenue and business growth across Kolkata / West Bengal.
- Lead, mentor and manage the regional sales team to achieve targets and productivity.
- Develop relationships with dealers, channel partners, corporate/SME clients and other distribution networks.
- Generate new business, drive renewals, cross-selling and customer retention.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand MAKLAV’s Motor Insurance presence.
- Monitor sales pipeline, conversions, team performance and MIS.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth business execution and customer servicing.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, compliance requirements and ethical sales practices.

Candidate Profile

- Strong experience in Insurance Broking / Insurance Sales, preferably with significant exposure to Motor Insurance.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong team-handling and channel-development experience.
- Good understanding of the Kolkata / West Bengal market will be preferred.
