Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to manage and improve the company's digital presence across websites, social media, search engines, and online business platforms.

The role involves content creation, SEO, social media management, analytics, reporting, and coordination with internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and update website content for Louis Fire Safety and Louis Safety.
- Create, optimize, and publish website content regularly.
- Handle On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Local SEO activities.
- Conduct basic keyword research and monitor SEO performance.
- Create and publish content for social media platforms.
- Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and Google Business Profile.
- Plan and maintain regular social media content and publishing schedules.
- Monitor social media analytics, engagement, and follower growth.
- Prepare and maintain digital marketing reports.




- Monitor website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Monitor relevant data and updates through internal ERP dashboards.
- Create and publish recruitment/poster content for DataGrid Labs, mainly on LinkedIn, based on requirements.
- Coordinate with the Sales/Business Development team for digital marketing and content-related requirements.
- Support other digital marketing activities as assigned by the department.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media management, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of SEO and social media marketing.
- Experience in website content management and optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Valuable content writing and communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging social media content.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing analytics and reporting.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with different teams.
- Candidates with practical knowledge of Canva or similar content creation tools will be preferred.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Saturday: 09:00 AM – 02:30 PM
Sunday: Weekly Off

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
