Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven FSO IT Services Buyer to support and manage procurement activities across strategic global customer accounts. The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, vendor management, commercial negotiations, contract support, supply chain coordination, and end-to-end procurement operations related to Field Services Operations (FSO), End User Computing (EUC), Infrastructure Services, IT Support Services, and Managed Services .

The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, delivery teams, finance, legal, and suppliers across multiple geographies to ensure cost optimization, service excellence, contractual compliance, and timely fulfillment of customer requirements..

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Procurement & Sourcing

- Manage procurement activities for global strategic accounts across IT services categories.
- Conduct sourcing exercises including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and supplier evaluations.
- Identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers to support global delivery requirements.
- Develop sourcing strategies to ensure competitive pricing, quality, service, and risk mitigation.
- Execute spend analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities.

Vendor Management

- Manage relationships with global and regional service providers.
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and contractual commitments.
- Conduct periodic supplier reviews and business performance assessments.
- Drive supplier development initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
- Resolve operational escalations related to supplier performance and service delivery.

Commercial Negotiation & Contract Management

- Lead pricing negotiations and commercial discussions with suppliers.
- Support drafting, review, and execution of Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), and Purchase Orders.




- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, commercial terms, and procurement policies.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams for contract governance activities.

Accounts & Stakeholder Management

- Partner with delivery teams, solution architects, account managers, and global procurement teams to support customer requirements.
- Act as a procurement focal point for assigned strategic customer accounts.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide timely updates on sourcing and supplier engagement activities.
- Support bid management teams during customer pursuits and renewal opportunities.

Supply Chain & Operations Management

- Ensure availability of suppliers and resources to support project requirements globally.
- Coordinate procurement planning and demand forecasting activities.
- Monitor procurement cycle times and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive adherence to procurement governance frameworks and approval processes.

Financial & Reporting Responsibilities

- Track procurement savings, cost avoidance, and value realization initiatives.
- Review supplier quotations and validate commercial competitiveness.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and spend management activities.
- Prepare procurement dashboards, supplier performance reports, and management reviews.

Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure supplier compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and local labor laws.
- Support supplier risk assessments and business continuity planning.
- Maintain procurement documentation and audit readiness.

Required Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or equivalent qualification is preferred.

- 4-6 years of experience in:
