Manager – Quality

Job Description:

We are looking for a Quality professional with strong experience in electronics manufacturing and quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage quality documentation, procedures, work instructions and test formats.

Handle calibration of monitoring and measuring instruments through NABL-accredited laboratories.

Monitor Incoming, In-process and Final Quality inspections.

Drive Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensure effective closure of NCs.

Implement and maintain QMS as per ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001:2015.

Plan internal quality audits and coordinate with certification agencies.

Monitor vendor quality, quality KPIs, quality cost and F-PPM.

Handle product certifications and compliances such as BIS.





Work on test machine validation, FPY improvement and development of test jigs/fixtures.

Support New Product Introduction (NPI), reliability testing and BIT setup.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes including SMT, AOI, SPI, X-Ray, paste printing and conformal coating.

Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 8D, QC tools, Poka-Yoke and IPC standards.

Knowledge of APQP, Control Plan, FMEA, SPC, MSA and automotive quality requirements.

Experience in customer and supplier quality handling.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Working knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is preferred.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
