Job Summary

Rubystone Hospitality is looking for a professional and guest-oriented Front Office Associate to manage front desk operations, ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures, and deliver excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional first impression.
- Handle guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and room allocation.
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest records, registration forms, and front office documentation.
- Handle billing, payments, invoices, and cash transactions accurately.
- Manage telephone calls, emails, and booking-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, guest verification procedures, and hospitality standards.
- Maintain a clean,



organized, and professional front desk.
- Support upselling of rooms and hotel services wherever appropriate.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and PMS.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
- Good grooming, skilled attitude, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in shifts and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hotel or resort.
- Strong understanding of front office operations.
- Ability to work effectively with a team and maintain service standards.
