We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Interior Operations Manager to oversee the complete operational lifecycle of interior projects, from project handover and procurement to production, site execution, installation, quality control, and final handover.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in residential interiors, modular furniture, project management, vendor coordination, team leadership, cost control, and operational planning.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between Design, Sales, Procurement, Production, Project Management, and Installation teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple interior projects from sales/design handover to final completion.
- Coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement, Production, Site, and Installation teams.
- Develop project execution plans, timelines, and operational workflows.
- Manage Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Production Teams, and Installation Teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage vendors, contractors, material procurement, and manpower allocation.
- Ensure timely production, material dispatch, and site installation.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure execution follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Control project costs, material wastage, labour expenses, and rework.
- Handle critical operational issues and client escalations.
- Develop SOPs to improve operational efficiency and accountability.
- Prepare operational MIS reports and track project performance.
- Ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, and complete home interiors.
- Experience in vendor, contractor, and manpower management.
- Good understanding of BOQs, interior drawings, materials, and installation processes.
- Solid cost-control and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project reporting tools.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in interior operations, project execution, modular interiors, or construction.
- Experience managing multiple residential interior projects and cross-functional teams is preferred.

Compensation

₹3 LPA – ₹15 LPA, depending on experience, expertise, and leadership capabilities.
