E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive

Location: Batala Road, Amritsar, Punjab
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (higher salary for deserving candidates)

Job Responsibilities

- Check customer orders received through the company website and generate invoices.
- Pick the correct products from inventory and ensure accurate quantities before packing.
- Pack orders properly and hand over shipments to courier companies.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Coordinate with courier companies regarding shipment status, delays, and expected delivery dates.
- Communicate with customers about delivery updates, delays, and after-sales issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with packaging material vendors and arrange supplies when required.
- Assist with exhibitions and other business activities whenever required.
- Support day-to-day operations across departments and learn new responsibilities as the business grows.

Requirements





- Willingness to work in a startup environment and learn new skills.
- Interest in gaining exposure to multiple departments and taking ownership of tasks.
- Good coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Average English-speaking skills are acceptable; basic communication skills are essential.
- Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail.
- Responsible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a team.

Working Hours

- Option 1: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Option 2: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Includes a 30-minute lunch break.
