Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive – Customer Follow-up to handle customer calls, follow up on enquiries/leads and coordinate with the concerned sales team.

The ideal candidate should be confident in making outbound calls, speaking with customers professionally, understanding their requirements and maintaining regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads and prospective customers.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries over the phone.
- Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about products/services.
- Follow up with customers regularly and maintain the follow-up schedule.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Convince and encourage interested customers to proceed with the next step.
- Coordinate qualified leads with the Sales/Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls,



enquiries and follow-up status.
- Update customer information in Excel/CRM.
- Make repeat follow-up calls to pending and interested customers.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Confident and clear telephone communication.
- Good customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up ability.
- Basic MS Excel / computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work with calling targets.
- Ability to handle rejection and continue follow-ups professionally.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Inside Sales / Customer Support / Lead Generation.
- Experience in outbound calling and customer follow-up preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
