About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced BFSI Trainer to join our team and deliver engaging, industry-focused training to aspiring banking and financial services professionals.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the BFSI sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify concepts through practical examples and interactive training.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on BFSI concepts.
- Train learners on areas such as:
- Banking Operations
- Retail Banking
- Loans & Advances
- Payments & Digital Banking
- Insurance
- Financial Products
- Customer Relationship Management
- Compliance & Regulatory Basics
- Business Development & Sales
- Develop training materials, presentations, activities, assessments, and mock interviews.
- Use real-world examples and case studies to make learning practical and engaging.
- Assess learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor learners and support them in developing industry-ready skills.
- Stay updated with current banking, financial services, insurance, and industry practices.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure effective training delivery and learner outcomes.

Requirements





- Prior experience in BFSI training, banking, financial services, or insurance is preferred.
- Strong understanding of banking and financial products and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate freshers and aspiring professionals.
- Good interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Candidates with relevant industry experience who are passionate about training are encouraged to apply.
