Maintenance In-charge – Qualification: Boiler Certified person Only.

- Education: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 3–5 years in maintenance activities, preferably in a manufacturing/food industry.
- Boiler Experience: Practical experience in boiler operation, maintenance and safety is preferred.
- IBR Certification: IBR Boiler Attendant / Boiler Operation Certificate is preferred And mandatory where applicable, depending on the boiler capacity and applicable state regulations.
- Knowledge of:
- Boiler operation & preventive maintenance
- Electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Pumps, motors, compressors and utility equipment
- 5S, safety and statutory compliance
- Preventive maintenance schedules and breakdown maintenance
- Boiler inspection and IBR compliance
- Basic documentation and maintenance MIS
