1. Review formats, work instructions, procedures as per defined frequency (Once/month).

2. Verify closure evidences of customer complaint action plans.

3. Ensure personnel have received appropriate training & are assessed as competent to perform task.

4. Monitored each department to ensure adherence to ISO 9001 requirements.

5. Internal & External audit NCR review with concerned incharge & collect corrective action.

6. Issue & Control of document like QM, procedures, formats & work instructions.

7. To conduct monthly presentation of the organization quality management system at planning intervals.

8. To create culture & 5S in the deptt.

9. Monitoring of audit results (Internal system audit, safety audit, customer audits etc.) by shop floor visits.

10. Responsible for prepare the SEDEX related documents and submit the report after complete the SEDEX tasks as given by the Management representative.

Will complete at least 90% of the tasks given in the job card on daily basis.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
