Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Systems Architect to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions.

The role requires strong hands-on SAP SD functional expertise, solution architecture experience, S/4HANA knowledge and strong integration experience with other SAP modules and third-party applications.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and global project teams to design scalable solutions and deliver projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and architecture of complex SAP SD / OTC solutions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Design solutions for pricing, sales orders, deliveries, billing, taxation, ATP and credit management.
- Develop global templates, solution blueprints and functional architecture.
- Prepare Business Blueprint Documents (BBP) and define project scope.
- Deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Work independently as an individual contributor in project and product teams.
- Participate in Agile delivery and meet sprint/project goals.
- Design and support SAP S/4HANA SD solutions.
- Support greenfield and brownfield S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Work on data migration, cutover planning and OTC integration.
- Lead integration between SAP SD and FI, MM, PP, WM, TMS and GTS.
- Work with EDI, IDocs, APIs and third-party logistics systems.
- Troubleshoot SAP integration issues involving MuleSoft, IDocs, OData and third-party applications.
- Work with ABAP, BTP, middleware and integration teams on technical solutions.




- Review functional specifications, RICEFW requirements and custom developments.
- Guide development teams and support debugging and performance optimization.
- Conduct solution reviews, QA checks and ensure SAP best practices.
- Provide functional and architectural guidance to business and project teams.
- Mentor SAP consultants and analysts across global teams.
- Manage architecture deliverables, risks and project timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8–12+ years of strong SAP SD functional experience.
- Minimum 3+ years in an SAP SD Architect / Solution Architect / Lead role.
- Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Excellent knowledge of:
- SAP SD Pricing and Condition Technique
- Sales Order Management
- Delivery and Shipping
- Billing and Invoicing
- SD-FI Integration
- Taxation and GST
- ATP / Advanced ATP
- Credit Management
- Stock Distribution
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA SD and Fiori.
- Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
- Experience in SAP template design and standardization.
- Strong hands-on experience with EDI, IDoc and API integrations.
- Experience troubleshooting SAP integration with MuleSoft and third-party applications.
- Experience integrating SAP SD with Salesforce / SFDC and e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to work with ABAP teams and review/write functional and technical specifications.
- Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

- SAP SD certification – ECC or S/4HANA.
- Experience with SAP BTP, CPI or PI/PO.
- Knowledge of SAP TMS, GTS or CRM.
- Experience with Variant Configuration (VC).
- Experience with Advanced ATP.
- Experience in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, automotive or logistics industries.

Pay: ₹2,800,000.00 - ₹3,800,000.00 per year
