About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and business-driven Studio Head who will lead the studio like an entrepreneur and take complete ownership of the store's performance.

As the face of Rings & I, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, leading the team, managing operations, and growing the business within your city.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Growth

- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Improve conversion rates, productivity, and average order value.
- Monitor business performance and take corrective actions when required.
- Build and execute plans to achieve studio growth objectives.

Customer Experience

- Deliver an exceptional luxury buying experience for every customer.
- Handle premium consultations and customer escalations.
- Drive referrals, repeat business, and customer satisfaction.




- Ensure seamless customer journeys from inquiry to order completion.

Team Management

- Lead, motivate, and develop the studio team.
- Conduct daily huddles and performance reviews.
- Coach team members on sales, service, and operational excellence.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development.

Studio Operations

- Manage daily store operations, appointments, walk-ins, and customer visits.
- Ensure the studio maintains high standards of appearance, hygiene, and presentation.
- Adhere to company SOPs, security protocols, and compliance requirements.

CRM & Reporting

- Ensure all customer interactions and sales activities are accurately updated in CRM.
- Monitor lead management and follow-up effectiveness.
- Analyze business data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Share regular performance reports and business insights with leadership.

Inventory & Asset Management

- Ensure inventory accuracy and regular stock audits.
- Maintain display standards and sample inventory.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Local Marketing & Business Development

- Collaborate with marketing teams on local campaigns and events.
- Develop partnerships and business opportunities within the local market.




- Track marketing effectiveness through footfall, lead generation, and conversions.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 7-10 years of experience in Retail Sales, Store Operations, Client Servicing, or Store Management.
- Experience in luxury, premium retail, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or customer-centric brands will be preferred.

Working Hours

11:00 AM - 9:00 PM

5-Day Work Week - wih eligibilty creiteria and terms and conditons

Weekends and public holidays are working days as per retail operations.
