Position: Tendering & Marketing Engineer – PSU Works

Location: Bhilai - Chhattisgarh/Delhi Chanakyapuri
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. – Engineering
Industry: PSU / Government Projects / Industrial Works

Job Responsibilities

- Handle tendering activities for PSU, Government, and industrial projects.
- Search, monitor, and evaluate tenders on GeM Portal, CPPP, e-Procurement portals, and other government tender platforms.
- Study NIT, RFQ, BOQ, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, EMD, PBG, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial tender documents within stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with technical, commercial, finance, and management teams for tender submission.
- Prepare pre-bid queries, compliance statements, deviation statements, and tender checklists.
- Track tender corrigendum, bid submission dates, technical evaluation, price bid opening, and award status.
- Identify new business opportunities and upcoming PSU / Government / industrial projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and business partners for business development.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with PSU departments and project stakeholders.




- Prepare company profiles, capability statements, presentations, and marketing proposals.
- Support management in commercial negotiation, rate analysis, and bid strategy preparation.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, results, competitors, and ongoing business opportunities.

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of GeM Portal and Government e-Procurement systems.
- Experience in PSU tendering and contract/business development.
- Strong understanding of BOQ, NIT, RFQ, eligibility criteria, EMD, PBG, and tender conditions.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle tender submission from tender identification to bid submission.
- Knowledge of PSU works, industrial projects, manpower contracts, electrical/mechanical works, or EPC projects will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with practical experience in PSU tendering, GeM, e-Procurement, business development, and government contract works will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
