Seeking a proactive and energetic L&D; Executive to support the execution of Learning & Development initiatives across our FMCG operations in Taloja. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, organizing, and delivering training programs to enhance employee performance, capability building, and career development.
Marathi preferred (especially for shop-floor training)
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
