Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Junior Women Architect Fresher to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural principles, a keen eye for design, and a passion for integrating Vastu principles into contemporary architectural practices. We will give proper Training for Freshers and Provide Suitable time and leave opportunity for preparing exams for 2026/2027 Pursuing Architects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Development: Assist in the development of architectural designs from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with Vastu principles.
- Drafting and Modelling: Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Project Assistance: Support senior architects in managing and executing various architectural projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.
- Site Visits: Participate in site visits to gather information, assess progress, and ensure designs are being implemented accurately.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with project teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients,



to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
- Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in architecture, sustainable design, and vastu principles to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree from an accredited institution or Pursuing or doing thesis in 2025/2026/2027 persuing
- Software Proficiency: skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp. Familiarity with other design and rendering software is a plus.
- Design Skills: Demonstrated ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. We will give proper Training for Freshers
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of vastu principles and their application in modern architecture. At least a person respecting to Learn new Things or understands the Values of our Traditional Aspects.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to various project requirements.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Preferred Attributes:

- Internship Experience: Any prior internship experience in an architectural firm is a plus. [ Anyways We will train you properly ]
- Passion for Sustainability: Interest in sustainable design practices and green building standards.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the cultural and architectural landscape of Kerala.Respecting Vastu Elements etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
