Customer Support Associate –
Vendor Support, you will be responsible for communicating with vendors, helping them manage their profiles, understanding their concerns, and ensuring they have a smooth experience using the Event Planet platform.

Connect with existing and newly onboarded vendors through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

Assist vendors with profile creation, profile updates and corrections.

Help vendors understand and use the Event Planet system.

Keep vendors updated about current features, processes and platform changes.

Understand vendor concerns and provide timely solutions.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues.

Follow up with vendors for pending information, documents and profile updates.





Assist vendors in updating their services, pricing, packages and other details.

Ensure vendor information on the platform is accurate and up to date.

Maintain regular communication with vendors and build a positive relationship.

Focus on improving vendor satisfaction and overall vendor experience.

Maintain basic records of vendor queries, follow-ups and resolutions

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
