Territory Sales Executive – Wire & Cable | Gujarat

Kund Kund Polymers (SCJ Group, est. 1969) is one of India’s leading suppliers of masterbatch and additives to the wire and cable industry. We supply the country’s top cable manufacturers and are expanding our sales presence across India.

The role

We are hiring two Territory Sales Executives for Gujarat. Each will own a defined territory — building relationships with wire and cable manufacturers, generating new business, and growing existing accounts.

Territory 1: Rajkot (Shapar-Veraval, Metoda GIDC) and Gandhidham
Territory 2: Vadodara (Makarpura, Savli, Halol) and Ankleshwar

Responsibilities

- Visit wire and cable manufacturing units daily across your assigned territory
- Identify new customers and understand their masterbatch and additive requirements
- Coordinate samples and plant trials with our technical team
- Negotiate and close orders; follow up on payments
- Maintain daily visit reports through our sales system





Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of B2B field sales experience in an industrial or technical product
- Based in Rajkot or Vadodara
- Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English for reporting
- Comfortable working on factory floors and dealing with purchase and production teams

Preferred

- Experience in polymers, PVC compounds, chemicals, masterbatch, or the cable industry
