Job Title: E-commerce Executive
Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage product listings, catalogues, images, keywords, pricing, and promotions across Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, BigBasket, and website.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, dashboards, and competitor analysis using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Manage advertising campaigns, budgets, ROAS, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams to resolve issues, claims, returns, and stock discrepancies.
- Improve product ratings, optimize content, explore new marketplaces, and analyze sales profitability.

Candidate Requirements:

- 1–5 years of e-commerce experience with marketplace knowledge.
- Solid Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
- Experience in tea and whole spices categories will be an added advantage.
