Training and Development: Providing continuous upskilling, education, and learning opportunities to improve worker performance and growth, with the help of Management.

Performance Management: Setting clear goals, monitoring progress, and evaluating staff through regular feedback and reviews with the help and guidance of Team leads and Managers.

Compensation and Benefits: Managing health insurance, and perk packages to retain employees and creating new payroll with the help of Finance teams.

Employee Relations and Engagement:



Fostering a positive work workplace, boosting morale, and resolving workplace conflicts.

Compliance and Legal: Ensuring the company follows all local, state, and labour laws and workplace safety regulations. Also ensuring timely renewals if needed.
