Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai
Working Days: 6 Days Working - Sunday Off
Languages: English, Hindi and Telugu (Mandatory)
Experience: 1-4 years preferred

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage customer interactions, resolve inquiries, and maintain strong client relationships. The role requires providing accurate information, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through effective communication and support
- Understand customer concerns by reviewing previous interactions and gathering relevant information
- Provide accurate and timely solutions by researching products, services, and internal processes
- Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the system
- Ensure customer understanding by clearly explaining information and confirming issue resolution




- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and recommend enhancements
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies through ongoing training

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent communication in English, Hindi and Telugu - Mandatory
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive approach
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
- Basic computer proficiency, including CRM systems, email and MS Office
- Prior customer service experience preferred

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- 1-4 years of experience in customer service or a related field preferred
