Job Title: SEO & Digital Growth Specialist

About the Role

Big Derma Hair & Skin Clinic is looking for a SEO & Digital Growth Specialist who can independently manage and optimize the complete digital SEO ecosystem of the brand.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on knowledge of Website SEO, Google Business Profile (GMB), YouTube SEO, Meta/Facebook SEO, keyword research, content strategy and local SEO.

The objective of this role is to increase Big Derma’s Google visibility, organic traffic, local search presence, YouTube discoverability, social media reach and qualified patient enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website SEO

- Complete on-page and technical SEO optimization
- Keyword research and keyword mapping
- Optimize website pages, landing pages, blogs and service pages
- Create SEO-friendly content briefs and content structures
- Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs and internal linking
- Develop a strong internal linking strategy
- Identify and fix SEO issues affecting rankings
- Improve website authority, organic traffic and keyword positions
- Conduct regular SEO audits
- Monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Plan and execute SEO strategies for important services such as:

- Hair Transplant
- FUE Hair Transplant
- Sapphire Hair Transplant
- Real-Time Hair Transplant
- Hair Fall Treatment
- PRP & GFC
- Skin & Cosmetic Treatments

2. Google Business Profile / Local SEO

- Manage and optimize Big Derma’s Google Business Profiles
- Develop a strong Local SEO strategy
- Optimize business categories, services, descriptions and locations
- Keyword optimization for local searches
- Plan regular Google Business Profile posts
- Improve visibility for searches such as:

- Hair Transplant in Kolkata
- Hair Transplant in Berhampore
- Hair Transplant Clinic Near Me
- Hair Fall Treatment in Kolkata




- Best Hair Transplant Clinic in Kolkata
- Monitor Google Maps rankings and local competitors
- Develop a genuine review and reputation strategy
- Track calls, enquiries, direction requests and other local actions

3. YouTube SEO

- Complete YouTube channel optimization
- Keyword research for YouTube videos
- Create SEO-friendly video titles, descriptions and tags
- Develop video topic strategies based on search demand
- Optimize thumbnails and video metadata in coordination with the creative team
- Improve YouTube search visibility and discoverability
- Track views, watch time, CTR, retention and subscriber growth
- Identify high-potential hair, skin and cosmetic topics

4. Meta / Facebook & Instagram Optimization

- Develop SEO-friendly content strategies for Facebook and Instagram
- Optimize captions, keywords, hashtags and content structure
- Research trending and searchable topics
- Improve organic reach and discoverability
- Coordinate with the social media and creative team
- Analyze content performance and continuously optimize the strategy

5. Content Strategy & Writing

The candidate should either be an excellent content writer or be able to effectively manage a content-writing team.

Responsibilities include:

- SEO blogs
- Website service pages
- Landing pages
- Google Business Profile content
- YouTube titles and descriptions
- Facebook/Instagram captions
- Educational healthcare content
- Hair transplant and hair treatment content
- Content calendars and topic planning

Medical/healthcare content must be factually responsible and professionally written.

SEO Tools & Analytics





The candidate should have practical knowledge of tools such as:

- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Google Business Profile
- Google Keyword Planner
- Ahrefs / SEMrush / similar SEO tools
- YouTube Analytics
- Screaming Frog or similar SEO auditing tools
- Google Trends

What We Are Looking For

Must Have:

- Strong practical knowledge of SEO
- Excellent understanding of Local SEO
- Google Business Profile optimization experience
- YouTube SEO knowledge
- Strong content strategy skills
- Keyword research expertise
- Understanding of technical and on-page SEO
- Ability to analyze competitors
- Data-driven approach
- Ability to independently plan and execute SEO campaigns

Preferred:

- Experience in healthcare, medical, cosmetic, dermatology, hair transplant or beauty industry
- Experience with local businesses and Google Maps ranking
- Experience growing YouTube channels organically
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads is an advantage

Key Performance Areas

The candidate will be expected to work towards measurable growth in:

Google Rankings → Local/Maps Visibility → Website Traffic → YouTube Growth → Organic Enquiries → Patient Leads

Performance will be evaluated through keyword growth, organic traffic, local visibility, content performance, YouTube growth and qualified enquiries, rather than simply the number of articles published.
