Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience in Sheet Metal / Auto Component Manufacturing
- Hands-on experience in Blanking / Shearing / Cutting Operations
- Knowledge of Power Press, Hydraulic Press & Shearing Machines
- Experience in blanking process, material feeding and part production
- Knowledge of press tools, dies and tool changeover
- Production planning and achieving daily production targets
- Manpower handling and shop-floor supervision
- Monitoring productivity, rejection, rework and downtime
- Line balancing and process improvement
- 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke & Lean Manufacturing
- Basic RCA and problem-solving techniques
- Coordination with Quality, Tool Room, PPC and Maintenance
- Maintaining production reports, MIS and process records
- Knowledge of safety practices and shop-floor discipline
- Ability to handle operators/workmen and manage shift-wise production

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
