Outfy(www.outfy.com) is a prominent Social media tool for online business headquartered in US and has a full fledged offshore development centre in Noida.We specialize in providing cutting-edge solutions to businesses aiming to enhance their online presence.

Job Profile:

We’re looking for a thoughtful, customer-focused person to help Outfy users get the most from our products. You’ll answer questions, troubleshoot issues, guide customers through features, and share useful feedback with our product and engineering teams.

What you’ll do

- Respond to customer questions through email, chat, and support tickets.
- Help users set up their stores, connect social accounts, and use Outfy features.
- Troubleshoot issues with posts, scheduling, automations, integrations, subscriptions, and AI tools.
- Explain solutions clearly and follow up to make sure the customer is unstuck.
- Reproduce and document technical issues before escalating them to the product or engineering team.
- Keep help articles and support notes accurate and easy to follow.




- Spot recurring customer problems and suggest ways to improve the product and support experience.

What we’re looking for

- Clear, patient, and qualified written communication.
- A practical, problem-solving mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfort learning web-based tools and explaining them to others.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to manage several customer conversations.
- A willingness to work with product and engineering teams to resolve customer issues.

Nice to have

- Experience in customer support for a SaaS product.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or Etsy.
- Experience with social media platforms, scheduling tools, or AI content tools.

What success looks like

Customers receive clear, helpful answers, resolve issues quickly, and feel confident using Outfy to manage their social media.
