- Food Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, and cut fruits, vegetables, meat, and fish to support daily service.
- Cooking Support: Cook basic dishes, assemble plates, and follow recipes to ensure consistent taste and visual appeal.
- Station Management: Set up and manage an assigned kitchen station (such as grill, pantry, or tandoor) and help guide newer kitchen helpers.
- Inventory & Stock Control: Check supplies, rotate stock using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method, and report shortages to senior chefs.
- Hygiene & Safety: Keep the workstation clean, follow food safety regulations, and log refrigerator temperatures
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
