Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Career Guidance Executive to guide students in selecting suitable courses and career paths. The candidate will counsel students, explain training programs, conduct follow-ups, and support admissions while ensuring a positive student experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding career opportunities and skill-development programs.
- Understand students' educational background, interests, and career goals.
- Recommend appropriate courses based on student requirements.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.
- Explain course details, fees, schedules, certifications, and placement support.
- Maintain student inquiry and admission records.
- Coordinate seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions.
- Build relationships with colleges, institutions, and industry professionals.
- Support admission and enrollment activities.
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Experience in counseling, admissions, sales, customer relations, or education services is an advantage.
