About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and gaming-friendly Gaming Café Assistant to manage day-to-day operations of a modern gaming café.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of PC gaming, PlayStation 5 and basic computer troubleshooting and should be comfortable interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a friendly gaming experience
- Manage customer bookings and gaming sessions
- Handle PC and PS5 setup for customers
- Start, pause, extend and close gaming sessions
- Handle cash, UPI payments and basic billing
- Assist customers with game selection and basic gameplay-related queries
- Perform basic troubleshooting of:
- Gaming PCs
- PS5 consoles
- Controllers
- Headsets
- Monitors/TVs
- Internet/network connectivity
- Keep gaming stations clean, organized and ready for the next customer
- Monitor gaming equipment and immediately report technical problems
- Operate and assist customers with VR and racing setup
- Ensure customers follow café rules and handle equipment responsibly
- Monitor the pool table/gaming area
- Assist with food and beverage orders when required
- Maintain basic stock/inventory records
- Help with opening and closing the café




- Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the gaming area
- Provide excellent customer service and help create a fun gaming environment

Requirements

- Good knowledge of PC gaming and PlayStation 5
- Basic computer troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable using Windows, installing/launching games and solving basic software issues
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Honest, responsible and punctual
- Comfortable working in shifts and weekends
- Basic knowledge of UPI, billing and computers
- Passion for gaming is strongly preferred

Preferred Skills

Candidates with knowledge of any of the following will be preferred:

- PC hardware
- Gaming PCs and peripherals
- PS5
- Steam / Epic Games / other gaming platforms
- Basic networking/Wi-Fi troubleshooting
- VR gaming
- Racing simulators
- Esports/gaming cafés

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in gaming, responsible with expensive gaming equipment, and comfortable talking to customers.

Freshers are welcome if they have good gaming and basic PC knowledge.

Gaming café, esports, computer shop, gaming store or similar experience will be an advantage.

Working Days

6 days per week

Shift timings: To be discussed during the interview.

Salary

₹15,000–₹18,000 per month depending on experience and technical/gaming knowledge.

Performance incentives may be provided based on responsibilities and performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
