Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
- Coordinate and manage workers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor material usage and ensure availability of required materials.
- Track daily work progress and report updates to the management.
- Ensure proper site safety and housekeeping.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with the project team.
- Maintain daily attendance and work records.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering or relevant construction experience.
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of construction activities and site procedures.
- Good communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage workers and complete work within timelines.

Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
