Job Responsibility
- Make outbound calls or answer inbound queries using structured scripts.
- Qualify leads and nurture prospective leads through follow-up calls.
- Update call reports and information and in the company's CRM System.
Required skills:
- Diploma or 12th pass or equivalent.
- Explicit verbal skills and active listening abilities.(Fluency in English and Kannada)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
