Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for generating health insurance business through assigned bank branches, maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets through lead conversion and branch coordination.
A. Sales & Business Development
1. Generate health insurance business from assigned bank branches.
2. Achieve monthly sales and premium targets.
3. Cross-sell health insurance products to bank customers.
3. Generate leads through walk-in customers, references and branch database.
5. Convert leads into policy sales through effective follow-up.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
