Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ICD Operations Executive to manage day-to-day Inland Container Depot (ICD) operations, coordinate import and export shipments, handle cargo documentation, and ensure smooth movement of containers and goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily import and export operations at the ICD.
- Monitor container movement, cargo handling, loading, unloading, stuffing, and de-stuffing activities.
- Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHAs), customs officials, transporters, shipping lines, warehouse teams, and customers.
- Prepare and verify shipping bills, Bills of Entry, delivery orders, gate passes, invoices, packing lists, and other relevant documents.
- Monitor container arrivals, dispatches, examination, and clearance status.
- Maintain accurate records of cargo, container movement, gate entries, and operational activities.
- Follow up on customs clearance and resolve operational delays.
- Ensure compliance with applicable customs procedures and ICD operating guidelines.




- Update shipment status and prepare daily operational reports.
- Ensure timely communication and coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in ICD, CFS, freight forwarding, customs clearance, or logistics operations preferred.
- Freshers with basic knowledge of import/export procedures may also apply.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of import/export documentation and customs procedures.
- Knowledge of container handling and ICD/CFS operations.
- Basic MS Excel and computer skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain records and manage multiple operational activities.
- Knowledge of ICEGATE and customs documentation is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in ICD/CFS operations, container logistics, customs clearance, or freight forwarding will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and interview performance.
