Social Media Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts.
- Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging posts, creatives, videos, and other content.
- Write captions, copy, and relevant content aligned with the company’s brand and services.
- Research industry trends, relevant topics, competitors, and new content ideas.
- Increase engagement, reach, and overall brand visibility.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions and respond appropriately.
- Coordinate with the internal team to collect information, updates, achievements, and client-related content for posting.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, leads, and growth.




- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and emerging content formats.
- Support promotional campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives when required.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valuable knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and/or other content creation tools.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to independently manage content planning and posting schedules.
- Good research skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:
Experience in B2B, logistics, import-export, consulting, or corporate services will be an advantage.
