The Associate Agency Development Manager at Axis Max Life Insurance will be responsible for driving the growth and development of the agency channel by recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, enhance productivity, and achieve overall business objectives. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with agents, support them in their professional development, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard new agents to build a strong agency team.
- Provide training and development programs to enhance agents' skills and performance.
- Monitor agents' performance metrics and provide guidance to achieve sales goals.




- Develop and execute business plans to drive agency productivity and market penetration.
- Foster strong relationships with agents through regular communication, coaching, and support.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, insurance, or agency development preferred.
- Relevant certifications in insurance or financial services may be an advantage.
