Inside Sales Representative – Job Description Contact potential customers through phone, email, and online channels. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services. Generate and follow up on sales leads. Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers. Maintain customer and lead information in CRM systems. Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets. Track sales activities and prepare regular reports. Meet assigned sales and revenue targets.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
