- Analyze architectural/engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and time.
- Conduct quantity take‑offs across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for accuracy and competitiveness.
- Use estimation software and tools to automate and improve accuracy.
- Present cost breakdowns and reports to management and clients.
- Update estimates based on design changes or market conditions.
- Conduct risk assessments related to scope, schedule, and logistics.
- Maintain historical cost databases for future benchmarking.
- Participate in bid preparation and proposal development
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
