Smart Talent Solution is hiring a Factory Supervisor for a manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily factory operations and ensuring smooth production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily production activities and factory workers.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Monitor product quality and maintain work standards.
- Manage worker attendance, discipline, and task allocation.
- Coordinate with management and other departments.
- Ensure proper use of machines, materials, and resources.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness on the factory floor.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in factory or manufacturing supervision is preferred.
- Good team management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle workers and manage daily operations.
- Knowledge of production processes and factory operations.
