We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Executive who has a strong understanding of social media trends and hands-on skills in shooting, video editing, and content creation.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable being involved in the complete content process — from planning and shooting content to editing and publishing it across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Independently manage video shooting and editing for social media content.
- Edit Reels, short-form videos, product videos and promotional content according to the brand's style.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram/Reels trends, sounds, formats, transitions and content styles.
- Develop creative content ideas to increase reach, engagement and brand awareness.
- Create content calendars and ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements based on insights and trends.
- Assist during photoshoots, video shoots and campaign productions whenever required.
- Maintain consistency in the brand's visual identity and overall social media presence.
Required Skills
- Strong video shooting and editing skills are mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Instagram Reels, Stories and short-form content.
- Hands-on experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Canva or similar software.
- Good understanding of camera/mobile photography and videography.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, framing, lighting and composition.
- Positive understanding of current social media trends and viral content formats.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content requirements.
- Portfolio/showreel of previous shooting and editing work will be preferred.
- Confident in front of and behind the camera.
- Passionate about fashion, lifestyle, beauty and brand content.
- Quick to understand trends and convert them into engaging content.
- Willing to experiment with new content ideas and formats.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred; freshers with a strong portfolio and excellent shooting/editing skills may also be considered.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
