Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Structural Modeler & Detailer to join our team and work on US-based structural engineering projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of structural modeling, drafting, detailing, and construction drawings, with hands-on experience in AutoCAD and Revit Structure.

Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare structural models, drawings, drafting, and detailing for US-based projects..

- Develop structural plans, framing plans, foundation plans, sections, elevations, and detailed construction drawings..

- Model and detail structural components such as:

- Foundations and footings

- Columns and beams

- Slabs and structural walls

- Structural steel members and connections

- Stairs and other structural elements, as applicable

- Interpret structural design drawings, sketches, markups, specifications, and engineer comments.

- Prepare accurate construction/detail drawings and coordinate revisions based on client feedback.

- Perform drawing and model QA/QC before project submission.

- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients and participate in technical discussions when required.
- Ensure project deliverables meet required quality, accuracy, and project standards.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of structural drafting, modeling, and detailing.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit Structure.

- Good understanding of RCC/concrete and structural steel components and detailing practices

- Strong ability to read and interpret structural drawings and construction documents.

- Experience working on US-based structural projects is required.

- Familiarity with relevant US standards and practices, including AISC, ACI, IBC, and ASCE, as applicable.

- Good understanding of US drawing conventions, dimensions, annotations, sections, callouts, and construction terminology.

- Good technical communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in any of the following will be an added advantage:

- Tekla Structures

- Structural steel detailing

- Reinforcement detailing

- BIM coordination
