- Welcome and greet all guests warmly and professionally.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Manage table allocation, seating arrangements, and waiting lists.
- Handle guest reservations and reservation-related calls.
- Coordinate with Captains, Stewards, and the Restaurant Manager for smooth guest flow.
- Provide guests with information about the menu, offers, and restaurant services.
- Handle guest queries and requests politely and efficiently.
- Assist in managing VIP guests, special occasions, and guest preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and presentable reception/entrance area.
- Ensure proper coordination between the front-of-house and service team.
- Collect and communicate guest feedback to the Restaurant Manager.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming, hygiene, and hospitality etiquette.
- Support the team during peak hours and ensure a positive guest experience from arrival to departure.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
