Tender Executive

Location: Zirakpur
Experience: Minimum 3+ Years
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end tendering activities for government and PSU tenders.
- Search, analyze, and participate in tenders through GeM, CPPP, and other e-tendering portals.
- Prepare, review, and submit tender documents within stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical, commercial, and compliance documentation.
- Track tender status, bid results, and maintain complete tender records.
- Ensure compliance with tender eligibility criteria, documentation, and submission guidelines.
- Handle bid submissions, EMD/BG requirements, and post-tender follow-ups.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in tender management.
- Hands-on experience with GeM Portal,



CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal), eProcure, and other government e-tendering portals is mandatory.
- Good understanding of government procurement processes, tender documentation, and bid submission.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Robust communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
