We are Hiring: Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Finance Manager to head our finance and accounts department at our Thodupuzha plant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations - AP, AR, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation

- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and MIS reports to management

- Oversee product costing, raw material costing, inventory valuation and manufacturing cost control

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital management

- Ensure 100% statutory compliance - GST, TDS, Income Tax Returns, ROC filings, PF/ESI

- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and banks





- Manage and mentor the accounts team and improve financial SOPs & internal controls

Requirements:

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA Inter or Qualified

- Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Accounting & Finance. Experience in a Manufacturing Company is MANDATORY. Experience in Cable / Electrical / Wire manufacturing will be a strong advantage.

- Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP and Advanced MS Excel

- Robust knowledge of GST, Taxation, and Indian Accounting Standards

- Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Thodupuzha, Kerala
