We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You'll be instrumental in crafting simple yet efficient minimalist designs that enhance user experience and create visual journeys that define brands. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects including websites, mobile applications, and branding initiatives for clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma, Adobe XD, and other design tools
- Create wireframes, prototypes, interactive mockups, and user flows that effectively communicate design concepts
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and validate design decisions
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture
- Design responsive layouts that work seamlessly across all devices and platforms
- Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Create minimalist, user-focused designs that align with our design philosophy
- Present and articulate design rationale to clients and internal stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Required Qualifications

- 2-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Robust portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work (Please include portfolio link in application)
- Expert proficiency in Figma (primary tool)
- Experience with Adobe XD and other design tools
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies




- Experience designing for both web and mobile applications
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design approaches
- Strong visual design skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to create clean, minimalist designs that prioritize user experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with 3D design tools
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and understanding of front-end development constraints
- Familiarity with Next.js and Flutter development frameworks
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
- Understanding of branding and visual identity design
- Illustration skills using Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
- Familiarity with design handoff tools and processes
- Experience working with international clients

Technical Skills

- Design Tools: Figma (expert), Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Prototyping: Interactive prototypes, user flows, wireframing
- Design Systems: Component libraries, style guides
- Collaboration: Experience with developer handoff and cross-functional teamwork
