Hedge School of Applied Economics is looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager with 1–3 years of relevant experience to provide orientation to colleges and schools and also counsel prospective students, manage admission enquiries, and drive enrolments.

The Relationship Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for colleges, students and parents throughout their admission journey, from the initial enquiry to enrolment. The role involves understanding students’ career aspirations, providing suitable program guidance, following up on leads, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth and engaging admission experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a consultative approach, and a passion for student engagement and counselling. Experience in admissions, education counselling, sales, or relationship management will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
