We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Career Counselor to join Zee Institute of Creative Art (ZICA) Hazratganj,Lucknow. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, providing information about courses, handling enquiries, converting leads into admissions, and supporting students throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, course duration, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' interests and guide them toward the most suitable course.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Explain the complete admission process and assist students with required documentation.
- Collect course fees and maintain proper records of fee payments.




- Coordinate and allot batches for newly admitted students.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and fee collections.
- Coordinate with students regarding batch timings, course schedules, and other institute-related information.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and collections.
- Handle student queries and provide timely support before and after admission.
- Promote the institute's courses and help generate recent leads through effective communication and follow-up.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
